This software is secured with best in class technology and is hosted on Microsoft Azure servers. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with any third parties. However, despite best efforts software can be compromised. It is very unlikely that you data will ever be made public, but if you are uncomfortable with that very small risk then don't upload any data or photos that you would not share on a public platform. Please use a secure password and don't share your login with anybody. We will never ask for your password.

The staff and the software developers that look after this software can view most of your data including your personal profile and log entries. Your data is always treated with extreme confidentiality. Nobody can ever see your password as it is encrypted. If you ever want your data deleted please ask us and it will be 100% removed with no back-up or archive maintained.

Password Requirements

Your password must have

8 characters minimum
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 special character

It should not contain your name or email address.
